Q Shaman – Cruel & Unusual Punishment

The “Q-anon Shaman” who has been in jail for nearly 6 months has been denied bail. And, it’s cruel and unusual punishment.  Below is an excerpt from Canadian Lawyer’s Viva Frei Vlawg:

“Chansley, also known as Jake Angeli, was captured in photos and videos storming the U.S. Capital on Jan 6, while wearing a horned bearskin headdress and face paint.

“Judge Royce Lamberth said Chansley did not present any new information that had a “material bearing” on whether conditions of his release would assure he doesn’t flee. Lamberth had ordered Chansley in March be held while awaiting trial on six federal charges relating to the insurrection, The Arizona Republic reported.”

This republican judge was appointed by Ronald Reagan. And no matter who appointed him, what he has done goes against the Constitution of America’s little remembered 8th Amendment:  “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted. [13]”  Viva Frei Vlawg makes a good point when he says that “there can no bail more excessive that NO BAIL.”

Then he points out that the judge denied Chansley bail because he showed his ability to travel across the country even though he didn’t have a job. And even though he has family to support him in Phoenix, Arizona, the judge said they had never prevented him from traveling across the country before, why would they start now? (Crickets…)

This is a MUST SEE Video!!
